When you submit an order it is an offer to purchase the items selected. Acceptance occurs when we confirm processing of that order. We strive to keep product descriptions accurate but do not guarantee continuous availability. If an item cannot be supplied we will notify you and provide options.
Pricing, Taxes & Fees
Prices are shown in CAD on product listings and at checkout. Applicable sales taxes are calculated based on the delivery address and added at checkout. Any shipping charges shown at checkout are part of the total you pay. We do not permit returns of original shipping charges.
Order Processing & Delivery
Orders are normally processed in 1-3 business days. Typical transit time is approximately 3-7 business days for deliveries within Canada and 5-10 business days for deliveries to the United States. Returns, Refunds & Restocking
Customers have 30 days from delivery to request returns. Returned items must be unused and complete. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. Approved refunds are issued for the original product price and are processed within seven business days of receiving the return. There are no restocking fees.
Warranty
We provide a one‑year warranty covering manufacturing defects. For many glass products a lifetime warranty against clouding applies. This warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accidents or normal wear. For warranty service, contact customer support and provide order details and photos where applicable.
Liability & Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability arising from a product or order is limited to the purchase price paid for that product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Consumer rights under applicable provincial or federal law remain unaffected.
